Location: Buford GA 30518
Hourly Rate: $50/hour Potential Full-Time Annual Salary: $98K
Schedule: Initially part-time 2 3 days per week for a few hours per day; will grow to full-time as the program expands.
Our Speech and OT Center Inc. is launching a new Occupational Therapy program within our integrated therapy and life skills school - and were looking for a creative passionate and driven Pediatric Occupational Therapist to help build and lead it from the ground up.
This is not a standard therapy position - its an opportunity to own and grow a program that will make a lasting impact on children with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The right candidate will have the potential for equity ownership and long-term growth across future locations.

What Youll DoConduct comprehensive evaluations for children with ASD and other developmental needs.
Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional outcomes.
Provide play-based therapy sessions that support daily living skills (feeding dressing grooming etc.).
Use sensory integration techniques to help children regulate and succeed in various environments.
Support fine motor gross motor and visual motor skill development for school and play readiness.
Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists BCBAs and educators for a holistic care approach.
Coach and educate parents and caregivers to generalize therapy goals at home and school.
Maintain accurate records treatment notes and progress reports.
Recommend and train on adaptive tools or assistive technology as needed.
Education: Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (from an accredited program).
Licensure: Current Georgia OT license and NBCOT certification.
Experience: Pediatric or clinical setting experience preferred especially with children on the autism spectrum.
Skills: Strong assessment communication and collaboration skills.
Mindset: Passionate curious and dedicated to continuous learning and improving outcomes.
Experience with feeding therapy interventions.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
