They are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function across all business units.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment performance management training employee relations payroll oversight and compliance. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior management and an operational leader for HR across both the construction and catering businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and frameworks tailored to the group s construction and catering operations.
Act as a business partner to department heads advising on organizational structure manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure labor law compliance (Egyptian Labor Law 2025) across both sectors.
Handle employee grievances investigations and disciplinary actions fairly and efficiently.
Maintain HR records and documentation in line with legal requirements.
Performance & Development
Payroll & Administration
Workforce Planning & Reports
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in construction catering or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR compliance standards.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g. attendance payroll software).
High level of professionalism and ability to manage diverse employee groups.
