Job Summary
- Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency communication and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany
- Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems
- Improve and oversee the performance bonus program for our production centers
- Be responsible for workforce capacity planning and aligning capacity with company objectives
- Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-up actions such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in business development people analytics or similar fields
- Very good skills in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Workday Looker or Tableau is an advantage
- Strong affinity for numbers and data a proactive and solution-oriented working style as well as excellent analytical skills
- Assertiveness a high degree of personal responsibility a can-do mentality and a data-driven mindset
- Interest and courage to try new things and make a lasting impact
- Strong communication skills in English German is a plus
