- Be the first face our clients see warmly welcoming them to the studio.
- Manage check-ins and help clients feel right at home.

- Keep the studio clean organized and ready to inspire.
- Take care of light administrative tasks.
- Introduce new clients to the Elevate Pilates experience making them feel comfortable and excited to join our community.
Requirements
- What Were Looking ForExperience in hospitality (hotel luxury retail wellness or high-end fitness preferred).
- A passion for outstanding customer service and making people feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills in person on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to stay organized multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and reliability to keep everything running smoothly.
