Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst (Windows O365 AD Exchange VPN 10 yrs)

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - Local candidates)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Provide Complex Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for advanced technical issues guiding team members in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network problems.
• Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors coordinating support for advanced technical issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support Core IT Systems: Manage and support Microsoft enterprise technologies including Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Microsoft Teams (softphones) VPN RDP and Windows operating systems.
• Research & Implement Solutions: Recommend design and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency security and system reliability.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems processes and troubleshooting procedures ensuring effective knowledge sharing across the IT team.

• Experience: 10 years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Windows operating systems desktop deployment VPN RDP and Microsoft Teams.
• Enterprise Environment: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft enterprise environments including:
  • Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.
  • Windows Infrastructure configuration via Group Policy and/or scripting.
  • PowerShell automation and execution of tasks.
  • Strong grasp of TCP/IP stack and core services (DNS DHCP).
• Active Directory & Migrations:
  • 3 years of experience with AD DS upgrades consolidations and migration projects.
  • 2 years with Office/Microsoft 365 including at least 1 year migrating mailboxes.
  • 1 year of experience with ADFS or Azure AD with understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Vendor Coordination: Proven track record of coordinating with external vendors for issue resolution.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Windows Server Office 365 Azure).
• Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS/EMS): Experience with Microsoft EMS or Enterprise Mobility Security.
• Cloud & Collaboration Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments.
• ITIL/Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management and ITIL best practices.
• Soft Skills:
