Our client a leading real estate firm in Pune is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in real estate sales and a proven ability to manage and develop channel partners. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Onboard and retain a network of high-performing channel partners preferably in East or West Pune.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and generate insightful data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of channel partners (if applicable).
- Focus on channel partners catering to developers selling properties with a ticket size of 1 crore.
Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of experience in real estate sales and sourcing.
- Proven success in managing and growing channel partner networks.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
