Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain high-performance applications using Core Java.
- Work closely with BI and Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines ETL workflows and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers architects and other engineers in an Agile product development environment.
- Optimize system performance ensure scalability and handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience in Core Java (collections multithreading memory management design patterns).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Exposure to ETL pipelines BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) or data engineering frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and system design principles.
- Experience in a product development environment (preferred over pure services/maintenance).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data engineering tools (Kafka Spark Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in contract-to-hire models or consulting projects.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB Cassandra etc.).
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD Docker Kubernetes.
