Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-performance applications using Core Java.
Work closely with BI and Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines ETL workflows and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with product managers architects and other engineers in an Agile product development environment.
Optimize system performance ensure scalability and handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and recommend solutions.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

4 years of hands-on experience in Core Java (collections multithreading memory management design patterns).
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Exposure to ETL pipelines BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) or data engineering frameworks.
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and system design principles.
Experience in a product development environment (preferred over pure services/maintenance).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data engineering tools (Kafka Spark Hadoop) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience in contract-to-hire models or consulting projects.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB Cassandra etc.).
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD Docker Kubernetes.
