Job Summary

Position: Engineer - NPI

Location: Cochin

Qualification: / BE - EEE / ECE / Electronics

Experience: Min 2 years of Relevant Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / PCBA Assembly / NPI Engineering

Salary: Max 60K

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Introduction (NPI) Management: Lead and coordinate the introduction of new electronic assemblies and products into manufacturing.
2. Process Development & Validation: Define and document production processes work instructions and process flow for new products.
3. Production Readiness & Launch: Prepare process documentation process parameters and assembly instructions for pilot and full scale builds.
4. BOM & Documentation Management: Validate and format Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure alignment with ERP/MRP systems.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product manufacturability and reduce costs.
