This position will work to support and enhance existing web applications maintained within the
Enterprise section. This person willjoin an existing team responsible for maintaining anp
enhancing web-based applications. The preferred candidate will have experience with the tools
outlined below.
Required technical skills:
- C# and (MVC 5 & Core 8) - Proven experience building and maintaining web applications using both legacy (.NET Framework) and modern (.NET Core) platforms.
- .NET Core 6/7/8 Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and web applications Core including dependency injection middleware and minimal APIs.
- - Ability to understand debug and enhance legacy codebase.
- .NET Framework (4.8) - Deep understanding of runtime libraries and configuration.
- Kendo UI (jQuery MVC Wrappers) - Experience in creating rich UI components and interaction using Kendo UI widgets.
- JavaScript & jQuery - Strong proficiency in frontend scripting DOM manipulation
- AJAX calls and event-driven UI design.
- SQL Server - Experience in writing complex SQL queries stored procedures views indexing and performance tuning.
- Oracle & DB2 - Solid understanding of working with multiple RDBMS systems with ability to handle data integration migration and cross-platform queries.

The person in this position will work closely with the team in developing the frontend and server
side of the web application. Project duties include requirements analysis front-end and backend web application development testing and participation in interactive code reviews. Handson development experience as part of a team modernizing government applications will be
helpful.

.NET II
The intermediate Web Developer designs develops and implements web-based
applications framework to support business requirements. Includes the use of related
development technologies such as CORE and supported programming
languages (e.g. C# C bootstrap) and scripting languages (e.g. TypeScript JavaScript).
Performs development of front-end and back-end development of web applications and web
APIs (webservices). Follows approved life cycle methodologies creates documentation and
performs application coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging research
and investigation. Requires a bachelors or associates degree in area of specialty or 3-7 years of
experience in the field or in a related area. Experience with standard concepts practices and
procedures within a particular field. Can perform with limited supervision code is reviewed by
team. May review junior developers code.
Additional details: Weekend coverage is minimal for potential projects as they arise.
Pay rate: $50/hr on W2.
