Job Description:

Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Java Fullstack development.
The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that drive our companys success.
This role does not require travel allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our technological capabilities and impact society positively.

Responsibilities : -

Develop and maintain high-quality Java Fullstack applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard company and client information.
Document development processes code changes and project updates for future reference.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications -

Possess a strong understanding of Java Fullstack development including both front-end and back-end technologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in Java JavaScript HTML CSS and related frameworks.
Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
