Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid contract role is two (2) days in office. Candidates resumes must include first and last name.
Description
Responsible for leading and delivering advanced ServiceNow Discovery implementations. Designs and configures MID Servers custom probes sensors and patterns to enable accurate discovery across on-premises and cloud environments. Ensures CMDB population and integration with third-party tools while applying deep knowledge of network protocols and credential-based access. Must hold ServiceNow Discovery or ITOM certification.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with and nbsp;ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
Strong expertise in and nbsp;custom probes sensors and patterns and nbsp;for on-prem and cloud discovery.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with and nbsp;third-party tools and CMDB population.
Deep understanding of and nbsp;network protocols (SNMP WMI SSH API JDBC) and nbsp;and credential-based access.
ServiceNow and nbsp;Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery or ITOM and nbsp;certification.
