Description

Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for ITOM projects. Gathers and translates requirements into user stories ensuring alignment with Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB processes. Supports CMDB health and CSDM alignment while driving ITOM process improvements. Requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5 years working as a and nbsp;Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.

Strong understanding of and nbsp;Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB processes.

Proven ability to and nbsp;gather requirements translate into stories/use cases and validate with stakeholders.

Experience with and nbsp;CMDB health CSDM alignment and ITOM process improvement.

Excellent communication skills to and nbsp;bridge technical teams business stakeholders and governance boards.
