Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant (Delivery Team) to join our growing business. This role focuses on candidate sourcing screening and placement delivery ensuring clients receive the right talent efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with senior consultants and account managers to support ongoing client requirements across multiple industries.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end candidate delivery process – from sourcing screening interviewing and shortlisting to coordinating final placement.

Source active and passive candidates through job portals LinkedIn networking and referrals.

Conduct interviews assessments and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit.

Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS to ensure accurate records of talent pipelines.

Work closely with the business development and account management team to understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Support consultants in preparing candidate profiles resumes and interview arrangements.

Build strong relationships with candidates ensuring timely communication feedback and career support.

Assist in achieving team targets and KPIs for successful placements and service delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Job Requirements

CEI is Mandatory
-
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Business or related field (preferred).

At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience agency.

Strong sourcing and networking skills with good knowledge of online recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

A team player with strong time management multitasking and organizational skills.

Self-motivated target-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
