Job Description

Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive SAP ERP Solutions to join our this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business software solutions (SAP ERP) to prospective clients. You will demonstrate the value that SAP brings to organizations build strong client relationships and support customers throughout the sales cycle and project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking prospecting cold calling and email outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects providing timely responses to inquiries on products pricing and use cases.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads scheduling and attending meetings as required.

  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate with senior sales consultants for further development and closure.

  • Participate in client meetings (onsite and virtual) to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Prepare professional proposals opportunity files and client documentation (proposals blueprints contracts etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with the project implementation team to ensure smooth handover of client requirements.

  • Support clients during SAP implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

  • Meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets set by management.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and opportunity data.

  • Stay updated on SAP products features and industry trends to effectively position solutions.

  • Uphold organizational standards and maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 02 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in software/IT solutions is a plus).

  • Training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred.
