We Are Hiring: Advanced JavaScript Developer
Vacancies: 150
Job Type: Remote
Role: Contract (6 months) Extension based on performance
Location: India
Compensation (Negotiable): 75000 - 80000 / month

About the Role
We are partnering with a U.S.-based AI innovation company to hire skilled Front-End Developers who can bridge the gap between AI-driven solutions and high-quality web experiences. You will be responsible for enhancing AI-generated web applications by refining optimizing and implementing advanced front-end functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine AI-generated web pages using HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Write effective AI prompts to guide models in producing accurate webpage code
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated outputs for accuracy usability and design fidelity
- Improve AI learning by providing technical feedback and logic explanations
- Implement missing or incorrect front-end functionality when required
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure high-quality maintainable code
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance AI-generated content
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in front-end development (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Skills:
- Strong UI/UX knowledge and responsive design expertise
- Intermediate Python knowledge is a plus
- Solid understanding of algorithms system design and best coding practices
- Soft Skills:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong English communication for documentation and team collaboration
