As a TELECALLER you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients promoting our services and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work offering the opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services
Promote and sell products or services over the phone
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Meet daily and monthly call targets
Document all call information accurately

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
