A female telecallermakes outbound and receives inbound calls to promote products generate leads conduct market research provide customer support and follow up with clients.Key responsibilities include explaining services answering inquiries resolving issues maintaining detailed records of interactions and achieving sales or engagement targets.The role requires excellent communication persuasion and customer service skills to create a positive customer experience and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Customer Inquiries:Handling inbound calls from customers to provide information resolve issues and address their questions and concerns professionally.
- Lead Generation & Sales:Following up on leads explaining product benefits and working to convert prospects into customers to meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:Maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing efficient and effective service.
- Record Keeping:Accurately documenting all customer interactions updating call logs and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Information Dissemination:Providing information about products and services to potential clients and ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Market Feedback:Gathering feedback from customers regarding their needs and trends to provide insights to the sales and management teams.
