Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive (Tele-Calling) to join our team.
- In this role you will focus on generating leads promoting Abyms IT services and products and driving sales through outbound calls.
- Your efforts will directly contribute to the companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Abym s IT solutions.
Identify client needs and propose relevant services or products to meet their requirements.
Maintain and update the database of prospective and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns or objections.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
Provide detailed feedback on customer interactions to improve processes and services.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any field.
Experience: 1 3 years in telecalling or sales (candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-driven target-oriented and eager to grow in the sales field.
