Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage horticulture operations in the assigned area
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Manage and develop a team of horticulture professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Associate degree in horticulture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture operations management
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices techniques and equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
