Job Description
Are you an experienced Sales Manager or ateam leader ready to take the next step in your career Our client based inSandton is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join their established team. Inthis role you will oversee and guide the sales team to meet company targetsfoster client growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies todrive growth and meet targets.
Manage and maintain strong clientrelationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Identify and capitalize on new businessopportunities.
Lead and motivate a sales team toconsistently achieve performance goals.
Coordinate sales efforts and report onperformance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of sales experiencewith a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Management role.
Proven experience managing a team andselling corporate products and solutions.
Ability to develop and execute salesstrategies within a corporate setting.
Must have a valid drivers license andown vehicle.
