Were looking for a dynamic Sales Executiveideally an ex-IBMer or someone with experience working at or with IBMwho thrives in a consultative selling environment and is passionate about helping organizations drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify qualify and close new business opportunities in:
    • API & Messaging Solutions
    • Hybrid Cloud Integration
    • Any Cloud Migration
    • Digital Transformation
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Structure and negotiate contracts SOWs and large-scale consulting engagements.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT consulting/professional services sales with a focus on solution-based selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience at IBM or with an IBM Business Partner.
  • Deep understanding of digital/cloud transformation and managed services.
