Panorama Community Magazine is seeking an Entry-Level Contract Manager to join our team in the Publishing Industry. As a Contract Manager you will work full-time remotely overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our magazine while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate review and manage contracts with vendors freelancers and clients
- Ensure contract terms and conditions are in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify contract requirements and objectives
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
