As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent to support our growing business. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work and offers a competitive salary in USD between 50000 and 60000 per year. Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview candidates for various positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting preferably in the Information Services industry
- Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
