Amaz Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level Live Chat Service Assistant to join our dynamic Live Chat Service Assistant this Full-Time role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our Live Chat platform. As a Live Chat Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering their queries resolving their issues and providing them with a seamless experience. This position is On-Site and offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$33.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through our Live Chat platform
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a seamless experience
