Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial forecasts and weekly updates.
Analyze financial operational and commercial performance.
Compile monthly and quarterly management reports.
Manage month-end close account reconciliations and inter-location coordination.
Support capital appropriation and plant spending analysis.
Lead cost management and savings tracking initiatives.
Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls.
Provide decision support on expenses capital projects and cost reductions.
Drive process improvements and develop financial systems.
Lead train and mentor Finance Team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
7 years of finance experience in a publicly traded manufacturing company.
Proven leadership in plant-level finance and process improvement.
Strong cost accounting background and supervisory experience.
Excellent communication analytical and database querying skills.
MBA preferred.
