Job Description
Location: Golf VX Arlington Heights IL
Hours: 3540 per week
Golf VX is a leader in golf technology expanding into entertainment and hospitality with our flagship indoor golf simulator venue. As a Golf Operations Captain youll play a key role in leading shifts inspiring your team and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts with energy motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
Oversee both FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth efficient service.
Greet guests assist in bays and ensure a welcoming environment.
Manage inventory track stock and support events.
Train coach and support team members to foster a positive team-first culture.
Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
Uphold cleanliness food safety and operational excellence.
Assist GM in driving sales coordinating events and elevating guest experiences.
Support opening/closing duties restocking and maintaining readiness.
Enforce alcohol service laws and guest safety policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
Must be 21 (able to serve alcohol per state law).
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to thrive under pressure.
Experience with inventory cash handling and food safety.
Flexible availability (nights weekends holidays required).
Commitment to exceptional guest service and teamwork.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts.
