The Role

Youll design and lead HR strategy across both organizations ensuring policies practices and people initiatives truly reflect their mission values and energy. This isnt just HR admin its about:

Building strategic HR frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
Leading recruitment & onboarding to attract the best in both NGO and F&B.
Driving performance management & employee development.

Managing compensation benefits compliance and HR operations with excellence.

What Were Looking For

5 years of progressive HR experience ideally across NGO and/or F&B sectors.
Deep knowledge of Lebanese labor law NSSF and HR compliance.
A proven track record of translating HR strategy into daily impact.
Excellent people skills communication coaching conflict resolution.
A hands-on leader who can balance NGO humanitarian values with F&Bs fast-paced culture.
