We are seeking a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in media planning strategy and campaign execution. This role requires someone who can translate business objectives into strong media strategies lead client conversations with confidence and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is data-driven detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple brands and clients portfolios.
Requirements
Media Planning Strategy & Client Presentation
- Develop media strategies frameworks and channel recommendations based on client objectives.
- Build detailed media plans including budgets targeting timelines KPIs and platform selection.
- Present strategies media plans and forecasting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in briefing sessions with performance influencer creative and technical teams to align on campaign approach.
- Support the sales team by contributing insights and performance-based recommendations during pitches.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch manage and optimize campaigns across Meta TikTok Google Ads Snapchat and YouTube.
- Set up tracking pixels audiences and retargeting funnels.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets targeting and bidding to meet KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives placements and audiences to drive performance improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets Excel and Looker Studio.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights learnings and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy by checking tracking attribution and integrations with MMPs.
Client Communication & Account Management
- Act as the performance lead and main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Present results insights and optimization plans in a clear and structured manner.
- Manage both external clients and internal brand stakeholders including:
- Top Gear Middle East
Mazaj
Spartan Middle East
ITP Live
and other ITP brands as needed
- Maintain strong relationships built on transparency professionalism and proactive communication.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the creative influencer marketing editorial sales and technical teams to ensure campaigns align with the wider strategy.
- Help streamline workflows with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving automated systems and processes.
- Coordinate cross-department tasks to ensure smooth campaign launches and high-quality delivery.
Sales & Growth Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling performance services.
- Support business development with performance insights benchmarks and pitch materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a media agency in performance marketing.
- Executional expertise in Paid Search or Paid Social (having both is a major advantage).
- Strong understanding of KPIs tracking attribution optimization and data interpretation.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets Excel Looker Studio and PowerPoint (training provided if needed).
- Proven client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Experience working with GCC clients is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and organization.
- Sales experience or commercial thinking is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer Adjust Kochava).
- Basic understanding of GA4 or app analytics.
- Familiarity with creative performance analysis and A/B testing.
KPIs
- Achievement of KPI performance (CPI CPA CTR ROAS etc.)
- High-quality reporting delivered on time
