Fleet Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do:
- Design and implement group-wide fleet management strategies with focus on electrification
- Support contract negotiations and lead procurement projects for specialized vehicle types
- Execute tactical tasks to drive cost efficiency and maximize value across the Axpo Group
- Maintain comprehensive KPI reporting with all relevant fleet metrics
- Manage vehicle replacement and procurement processes including registration and sales activities
- Conduct supplier invoice reviews and proactive claims management
What you bring & who you are:
- Relevant professional experience in fleet management (2 years required) vehicle leasing or automotive industry
- Technical and/or commercial education preferably with automotive industry focus
- Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- High degree of independence with analytical structured approach to cost optimization
- Ideally comprehensive knowledge of electromobility and charging infrastructure
- Ideally project management experience and further training in fleet management
- Very good IT skills (fleet management software ERP systems MS Office)
- Proficient in English and German (German speaking required)
