The Mission

You will join our Business Squad responsible for migrating ING entities to a new strategic environment in Global Financial Messaging. As a Project Manager it is your responsibility to ensure timely and harmonized migration to our new strategic financial messaging platform and you are coordinating all related Change activities. You will have expertise in the areas of project management and financial message area (SWIFT MT and MX messaging ISO20022).

Your day to day

• You apply your experience to plan and lead the execution of the country migration to the GFME financial messaging platform with an end-to-end mindset managing stakeholders across the Bank and across different ING entities;

• You closely collaborate with other Business Analysts and Product Owners in the area and Tribes translating the voice of the customer business and IT needs into requirements supporting value-based delivery;

• You create and update the migration runbook and coordinate the execution phase of each migration;

• You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset including the needed COPAF (non-IT) design and implementation of business operations and services;

• You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment;

• You support the PSS organizations ambition to become a best of class professional Service provider providing transparent & recognizable products and services to our service consumers;

• You ensure our license to operate as a Bank by secure and flawless 24/7 operations whilst keeping strong focus on regulatory compliance.

What youll bring to the team

• You bring expertise in payments initiation international payments Swift payments experienced in determining different payment products and understanding product characteristics;

• You have relevant work experience as Project Manager or Product Owner and provenexperience with the Agile way of working. Experience in scaled agile and multiple DevOps teams workingtogetheris mandatory;

• You are fluent in English written and verbal;

• Proven business productexperiencein Banking Paymentsand Reporting
  An entrepreneurial mindset;you dare to step up speak up andexperiment;

• Excellent communication skills
