The Marketing Manager Europe is responsible for leading European marketing initiatives and supporting the Sales function within Autoliv Europe. This role is essential for promoting marketing excellence driving business growth and fostering stakeholder engagement throughout the region. The incumbent implements global marketing strategies and formulates the European marketing strategy in close alignment. Additionally the role collaborates with Global Marketing to utilize and adapt product marketing assets and effectively connects RD&E with Sales. The Marketing Manager also creates and manages campaigns and events designed to strengthen brand presence enhance customer experience and increase stakeholder engagement.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with Autoliv Europes business goals.
- Support Sales Business Units with tailored marketing initiatives and product launch campaigns.
- Translate technical product features into compelling customer-centric value propositions.
- Create and manage marketing assets including brochures presentations videos and digital content.
- Lead planning and execution of trade shows product launches live activations and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with RD&E Sales Europe and Global Marketing to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels in line with Autolivs corporate identity.
If you have/are:
Functional Competencies
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Hubspot-based performance marketing) customer journey design and management.
- Strong visual and textual design sensibility ideally in combination with Adobe Creative Suite competences. AI-competence is a must.
- Strong ability to analyze data measure KPIs and generate insightful reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills inspirational personality.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization.
- Understanding the nuances of different markets and cultures; willingness to travel if needed.
Personal Characteristics Enabling Success
- Demonstrates a highly proactive approach is willing to advocate for the use of marketing communication assets and tools.
- Encourages consideration of the advantages of marketing.
Education
- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing communications business administration or profile-related field; Engineering background welcome technical affinity is a must.
Previous Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications and event production
- Familiarity with automotive product marketing (on OEM-side or ideally in a Tier 1 supplier B2B environment) including lifecycle management and customer segmentation
