Position: Sales Manager Commercial Water Coolers
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: GM Sales & Marketing
Team Size: Leading a team of 5 (Executives and Sr. Executives)
Location: Pan India (Focus on Delhi & Rajasthan)

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in commercial water coolers. The role involves driving revenue growth expanding market presence managing key accounts and leading a team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients across offices hospitals hotels educational institutions and industrial facilities.

  • Lead coach and motivate a team of 5 sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities customer needs and industry trends.

  • Deliver presentations negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and training for distributors/dealers.

  • Travel extensively across Pan India to expand business with a focus on Delhi and Rajasthan.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong B2B sales and commercial client acquisition experience.

  • Excellent leadership coaching and team management skills.

  • Proficient in negotiation presentation and client relationship management.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to sales strategy.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Self-motivated results-driven and willing to travel extensively.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 8 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in water treatment cooling equipment or related industries.

  • 34 years of team leadership experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

  • Preference for candidates from Usha International Company or similar backgrounds.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: 12 LPA

  • Variable Pay: 3 LPA (Performance-based)
