Tasks
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in supports clients by training them on the SMART database assisting with project searches and ensuring a positive user experience at Hubexo.
This is what youll be doing:
- Training educating users how to work with the SMART database (online)
- Communicating with customers via phone email and online meetings
- Assisting customers in finding suitable projects within the system
- Monitoring user activity logins and usage of SMART
- Cooperating with the sales team to ensure customer retention and renewal
- Performing basic administrative tasks related to training and customer support
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to train and present in an online environment
- Sales-oriented mindset ability to identify opportunities for customer retention
- Goal-oriented and independent
- Experience with databases or CRM systems is an advantage
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker English (intermediate level)
- Experience in customer support sales or call centre is an advantage but not required
