Tasks

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in supports clients by training them on the SMART database assisting with project searches and ensuring a positive user experience at Hubexo.

This is what youll be doing:

Training educating users how to work with the SMART database (online)
Communicating with customers via phone email and online meetings
Assisting customers in finding suitable projects within the system
Monitoring user activity logins and usage of SMART
Cooperating with the sales team to ensure customer retention and renewal
Performing basic administrative tasks related to training and customer support
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Ability to train and present in an online environment
Sales-oriented mindset ability to identify opportunities for customer retention
Goal-oriented and independent
Experience with databases or CRM systems is an advantage
Native Czech or Slovak speaker English (intermediate level)
Experience in customer support sales or call centre is an advantage but not required
