- Oversee manage troubleshoot and execute cloud services and platforms to support infrastructure applications data and business needs.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments Microsoft platforms identity platforms and multi-cloud environments.
- Perform infrastructure administration application development data management & analytics cybersecurity external hosting identity & access management network security hardening privacy and compliance.
- Select develop integrate and implement network management applications for Internet components.
- Provide daily operational support maintenance and administration for servers.
- Manage user access security measures file archiving password protection and monitoring of shared resources.
- Lead and coordinate technology initiatives across multiple areas within the organization.
- Support and advise on building and hosting complex application solutions.
- Create manage and configure Azure DevOps projects git repositories and pipelines.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure Microsoft Power Platform and other cloud services.
- Support other IT staff and developers with technical and operational needs.
- Refactor solutions to improve performance cost and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues of medium to high complexity in systems and infrastructure.
- Document and automate administrative tasks to reduce manual work.
- Communicate and share knowledge with team members in a fast-paced complex environment.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative IT solutions and improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
