Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- This hybrid role splits responsibilities equally between Business Analysis and PMO functions.
- The Senior BA / PMO Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions create new processes and reporting for the org specific to operations governance areas (e.g. change management) while also driving analysis and reporting of portfolio management and governance within the PMO.
- This position requires strong analytical communication and organizational skills to bridge business needs with project delivery oversight.
- They will have to create/setup process and reporting where none exists today so previous experience with a PMO and very strong on process written skills and reporting is needed.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills
