- Proven experience working as an offshore resource in a distributed team environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Microsoft Report Builder and Power BI.
- Experience with SOAP Web Services for automation and bulk data operations.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path and/or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Planview architecture modules and configuration.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones.
- Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools especially Planview Enterprise One.
- Prior involvement in Planview implementation or support projects is ideal.
- Knowledge of process documentation and change management.
- Experience in the financial services sector is also beneficial
- Must be well versed in conceptual logical and physical data modelling techniques (proven hands-on experience is preferred)
- Good to have conceptual understanding of ETL (any tool / scripting)
- Designing and optimising database structures for performance and scalability.
- Identifying and resolving data-related issues and anomalies.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for data models schemas and over all data management processes (including documentation for analytical and operational reporting).
