Role: Tech Lead Full Stack Technical Coordinator
Location :Mumbai-seawoods - On-site

Type: Full-time
Experience: 3-6 years

Overview:
We are hiring a Tech Lead who can not only contribute technically as a full stack developer but also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. You will lead architecture design project planning coordination and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.
Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend) (backend) PostgreSQL (DB).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.
Setup development workflows environments and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Plan sprint deliverables assign tasks and manage timelines.
Ensure security performance and scalability of the platform.

Required Skills:
Strong full stack experience with and PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of API architecture DB schemas and system design.
Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.
Good communication skills to coordinate with designers developers and business leads.
Hands-on with Git Postman Swagger and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP optional).
Experience integrating with 3rd party tools and optionally AI modules
