Job Summary

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Ruby on
Rails and React to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate is passionate about
clean code scalable architecture and delivering high-quality web applications that provide a
seamless user experience.
You’ll work closely with our product design and engineering teams to build and enhance
end-to-end features — from backend APIs to interactive front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product
features.
Build test and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following best practices.
Create responsive performant and accessible UI components using React and
modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Manage and optimize database queries and performance (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
Participate in code reviews testing and continuous deployment pipelines.
Contribute to technical discussions architectural decisions and process
improvements.

Required Qualifications
4–5 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with for front-end development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 and related front-end tools.

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile development workflows.
Strong problem-solving debugging and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript Redux or React Query.
Knowledge of RSpec Jest or other testing frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS Heroku or containerized deployments (Docker).
Understanding of GraphQL API versioning or microservices architecture.
