As the Manager for Admitting and Registration youll:
Manage daily operations across registration and scheduling areas
Oversee insurance eligibility verification and pre-appointment processes
Support financial clearance counseling and front-end collections
Partner with hospital departments providers and IT teams
Lead quality improvement efforts and drive performance metrics
Supervise hiring training and staff development
Support Revenue Cycle initiatives and participate in audits and reporting
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree in Health Administration or related field preferred
7 years of progressive healthcare finance/patient access experience
5 years in a direct management role
Extensive knowledge of healthcare billing insurance regulations and Epic systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient accounting systems
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: Minimum 31.96/hour - Maximum 55.95/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
