About the Role

IRT Aged care centre Woodlandsis looking to expand with experiencedHospitality Employees / Food services assistantsinMeridan PlainsQLD.

As a Hospitality Employee you will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality services ensuring meals are served with care maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and supporting the overall well-being of our resident

We are looking forpermanent part-timeemployees(15 hours per week) working:

Week 1 - Monday & Sunday (10.45am - 6:45pm)

Week 2 - Saturday (10.45am - 6:45pm and 7:00am - 3:00pm)

Your work may include:

  • Working withcatering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
  • Delivering and serving mealsto our residents
  • General laundry duties including personal laundry
  • Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
  • Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
  • Helping with various domestic duties such as cleaning of general areas

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Experience delivering hospitality or laundry services (desirable)
  • A big heart an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
  • Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday
