Your Role
Your role is HR Specialist - Employee Engagement Intern. The primary objective of this internship is to cultivate a positive and productive working environment for all BeeX employees. Your schedule will involve collaboration with various teams contributing to internal communications and actively engaging with our current employee base.
Your Job Scope
- Lead initiatives dedicated to boosting employee morale satisfaction and retention.
- Design and execute internal employee-focused events including team-building exercises town halls and celebratory events.
- Manage employee recognition programs and contribute to effective internal communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align engagement strategies with specific team needs.
- Manage internal communications and contribute to the development of a strong internal culture.
- Assist the HR team with key HR Operations tasks including data entry documentation and supporting internal HR reports.
Desired Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools and digital platforms.
- A proactive and self-directed learner capable of performing tasks effectively both independently and as a team member.
