Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive and SQL Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies managing cloud infrastructure on Azure and designing efficient SQL databases. You will play a key role in developing deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain web applications using .NET (C# Core MVC).
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure including Azure App Services Azure Functions and Azure SQL.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases stored procedures and complex queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define project scope and deliver high-quality software.
Ensure application performance scalability and security through rigorous testing and optimization.
Participate in code reviews testing and automated deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to provide timely and effective resolutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code processes and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
5 years of professional experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C# and Core.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL with a solid understanding of database design principles.
Proven experience with core Azure services for application development including Azure App Services Azure Functions and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with creating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON and other web services.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and professional experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) or DP-300 (Database Administrator).
Experience working within the US Healthcare Payor domain.
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Entity Framework or Blazor.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
