Responsibilities:- Work with the Share Service Center in China & India for general accounting matters including month end closing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Liaise with auditors group and local colleague on statutory audit & tax on US subsidiary
- Treasury cashflow and AR factoring management for US subsidiary improving cashflow forecast accuracy.
- Provide analysis & reporting to functional head & senior management for budgeting & forecast review.
- Assist manger to work with US office to provide visibility & improvement on global margin.
- To support the team of ERP system migration project
- Assist manager to streamline and strengthen control on accounting process co-ordinate with business/SSC/other support function to drive for continuous improvement.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
- 4-5 years experience in Accounting field
- Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge of US GAAP is a preferred
- Experience of working with share service center is a plus
- Experience of system migration is a plus
- Open minded willing to make changes good communication skill and team player
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as accountant
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
