Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by facilitating communication managing timelines and coordinating resources. You will assist project managers in planning and organizing project activities ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful execution and completion.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration project management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Trello Asana).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is preferred.
