Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the front-line representative of our company interacting with customers on a daily basis and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. As a Customer Service Assistant you will handle inquiries provide information about products and services and assist customers in resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy ensuring timely resolutions.
- Process orders and manage returns efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
