Are you passionate about crafting seamless customer-centric experiences At Singtel were looking for a talented middle-weight Experience Designer to join our dynamic this role youll collaborate with fellow designers and researchers to audit reimagine and design high-quality experiences that drive impactful changes for our customers.
Make an Impact by
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positive impact to sales and customer journeys.
- Conducting user acceptance testing by experimenting with A/B or multi-variant testing to improve customer journeys
- Analyse data to inform decisions
- Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for user studies.
- Understand design systems and effectively produce intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Ensure quality of design from concept to finish in UAT BRT and Production environments.
Skills for Success
- Min Diploma / Degree preferablyin digital media or digital product design UXUI design
- Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience indigital UXUI design/product design (agency/inhouse)
- Proficient in Figma tool
- Proficient in user interface design (UI) user experience design (UX) and/orconcept ideation and prototyping
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Keen interest in design and the design community
- Bonus if have experience inagile methodology
