RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with the Creative Team to define project scope technical requirements across campaigns and brand initiatives.
Design and produce high-impact multimedia content aligned to the brands aesthetic and creative strategy while flexing emotional storytelling where.
Lead end-to-end execution of multimedia projects from ideation and pre-production through to final delivery ensuring creative excellence technicalaccuracyand on-time completion.
Develop and deliver advanced multimedia outputs including but not limited to motion graphics 2D animation 3D modelling/content AR VR and MR(Mixed Reality)experiences visual effects immersive digitalcontentand AI-enabled creative executions.
Ensure all multimedia assetsareonbrand engaging and relevant as well asoptimizedfor multi-platform deployment.
Iteraterefineand improvecontent based on feedback from stakeholders whilemaintainingcreative integrity and execution quality.
Stay ahead of emerging technologiestoolsand AI developments to continuously evolve creative capabilities and workflows.
Perform any other duties andresponsibilities asassigned bysuperior.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Digital Design Multimedia Design or a related field
Minimum5 years of relevant experiencein a similar multimedia or motion design role
Strong portfolioshowcasinga range of multimedia work including motion 2D/3D and digital content
Solid understanding of interactive and multimedia design principles workflows and production processes
Strong knowledge of2D 3D motion graphics and computer-generated animation
Experience inAR VR and MR technologies; exposure to Web3-related or immersive content is an advantage
Familiar withAI-assisted creative toolsand hybrid workflows is a plus
Proficient in industry-standard software such asAdobe Creative Suite Blender Cinema 4Dand AR tools (e.g.Web AR Spark AR)
Good understanding of storyboarding animation principles visual composition and spatial design
Strong visual sensibility with attention to detail and aesthetics
Good communicationskills and ability to collaborate across teams
Basic knowledge of web publishing or digital platforms is an advantage
Able to manage multiple projects work under deadlines and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented well-organized and disciplined in time management
Able to work independently while also beinga strong teamplayer
Adaptable open to learning and comfortable working withnew technologies
