Role Overview
As a Compliance Documentation Associate you will play a key role in developing maintaining and organizing compliance-related documentation. You will work cross-functionally with teams across engineering security operations and HR to ensure that processes and policies align with international compliance standards. This position is designed for fresh graduates who are motivated to build a strong foundation in compliance governance and IT documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft edit and maintain compliance documentation aligned with ISO HIPAA GDPR and other applicable frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and structure information in a clear professional manner.
- Create and update policies procedures standards and audit checklists.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and well-organized documentation.
- Maintain version control of documents and ensure timely updates to repositories.
- Learn and apply compliance concepts through hands-on exposure to real projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Management or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Basic knowledge of compliance concepts IT processes or information security is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Confluence Notion or internal wiki platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn adapt and contribute in a fast-paced software development environment.
