Job Description

Product Owner (Health Platform Transformation)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the transformation project on the Health platform to support scalable and flexible proposition delivery.

  • Collaborate with CX distribution and operations teams to deliver seamless and engaging customer journeys across every touchpointfrom awareness and onboarding to healthy usage sickness usage and recovery.

  • Work with the Tech team and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs translating business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Engage with business parties and stakeholders in change management activities to ensure successful project implementation.

  • Participate in project planning from project initiation to closure and responsible for tracking requirement and testing progress

  • Produce detailed documentations and specifications supported by operation flow and mock-ups for proposed solutions

  • Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders business partners and IT teams

  • Act as an internal business system area expert and champion

  • Own investigate and resolve system and project issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with platform transformation projects.

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end sales process for health products starting from frontend tools to backend admin process

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills necessary to support deep dives into business operational problems and able to evaluate impacts and opportunities

  • Strong communication influencing collaboration and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments with a strong team spirit.

  • Well organized and attentive to details with the ability to craft the detailed operational flow and requirements

  • Self initiated and have a strong drive to learn

  • Strong PC skills including MS Word Excel and good understanding of SQL

  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication in English
