What Youll Do
- Lead a specialised team of master schedulers and project controllers.
- Establish and govern Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex multi-stakeholder programs.
- Drive scope change and dependency management across portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams external consultants and vendors to ensure delivery excellence.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
- Champion a control mindset across the organisation uplifting capability and consistency in project delivery.

Integration and Controls Team
What You Must Bring
- Extensive hands-on experience in project control and scheduling is is not a general project management roledeep expertise in control disciplines is a must.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years in program controls scheduling or integration leadership roles.
- Proven ability to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in complex environments.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) control frameworks and dependency management.
- Familiarity with PMBoK Agile PM MSP methodologies.
- Professional accreditation (e.g. PMI-SP AACE PSPS) is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical capability to deliver meaningful insights.
